JoAn Niceley - President / CEO
Beginning in 1996, seeing a need to provide wigs to those unable to purchase a wig, JoAn Niceley provided these services using her own funding. In August 2007, Pink Heart Funds was approved 501(c)(3) status.
Licensed hair stylist for 31 years, and salon owner for 28 years.
Volunteer of American Cancer Society's "Look Good...Feel Better" Program since 2002 and the state facilitator since 2003.

- 2003 Memorial Hospital Cancer Survivor of the year
- 2007 Received Joint Mississippi House Concurrent Resolution for Pink Heart Funds work, addressed both the Senate and Congress.

- 2008 Dancel Group Public Service Announcer Winner
- 2008 State of MS Sunrise Award for "Look Good...Feel Better" Program with the American Cancer Society

Allison Wall, MD - Director
Allison P. Wall, MD joined the staff of The Medical Oncology Group in July 2008. Dr. Wall, originally from Dothan, Alabama, received her bachelor's degree from Auburn University and her medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine. She completed her internship and residency training at Baptist Health Systems in Birmingham, Alabama. Dr. Wall completed her Hematology and Oncology fellowship at Saint Louis University in Saint Louis, Missouri.
